Here I go again!  I have been so busy trying to finish my Jazz album titled Avis! Live Jazz Festivals Around The World" that you wouldn't believe it!  Sorry that my updates are coming far and few in-between, but being a Producer is more than a notion and they should be given a lot more credit for all the details that go into mixing and editing the music.  I am almost at the finish line though with this project and honestly, I thought I would have been finished the first of the year.  But being the perfectionist that I am, I'll just take my time and give it to you right.  So, be patient and stay tuned!

Along with producing my next album, I have taken up singing at my church FAME with The Unity Choir.  I really love it and aside from the beautiful music I'm singing, it keeps my chops up in between shows.  So,  I'll keep you posted on my shows with The Jimmy McConnell Orchestra.  The next one is Friday,  December 12th at The Jackie Robinson Post, so I'll send you an update on MySpace or Facebook  real soon.

I have to admit that I have not kept up with my Journal as I should and apologize for the negligence.  There's a big gap between 2006 and 2008 and I have been so busy I haven't stopped to take the time to do my website homework.  But I promise I will give you all the details because I've saved all of my clippings from tours and shows.  But for now, here's what coming up in this month.

 Hello everyone! This year is already going to be a busy one. I’ve spent all of 2004 concentrating on writing and producing my CD “SELF CONTAINED” and by the grace of GOD I have accomplished it! I’m very proud of this project and can’t wait to share it with you.

I also have lots of surprises in store for you this year and I only want to give you my best. So hold on to your seats, cause it’s going to be a thrilling ride! In the meantime, I have calendars available and new updates if you’ll take a moment and review them. Until we meet again, I hope that you’ll join me this year at one of my events, where I’ll be performing many of your favorite songs but more importantly, my OWN songs all written and produced me!
